Protection Ritual

For grounding your nervous system, spiritual protection, and emotional strength

Wear your VIKA bracelet or hold your Black Obsidian, Hematite, or Tiger’s Eye in your hand


1.Light incense or sit quietly.

2.Hold your crystal or wear your bracelet.

3.Take 3 slow deep breaths.

4.Say your intention out loud. “I am grounded. I am protected. I release what is not mine to carry. My energy is strong, clear, and safe.”

Calm & Anxiety Relief Ritual

For nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and rest

Light your incense or sit quietly for a moment.


Hold your Amethyst, Lepidolite, or Howlite close to you, or place it near your body.

Take 3 slow deep breaths, not forced, just enough to remind your body that you are safe in this moment.


Place one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach.


Say your intention out loud:

“In this moment, I am safe. I allow my body to soften. I release fear, tension, and overwhelm. My nervous system is supported, and peace is allowed to enter my body now.”


Do not rush to feel calm immediately.

The key is repetition.


After a few days of doing this consistently, your body starts learning that stillness can be safe.


Then write down one thing, not ten, just one thing your body needs today.


It could be rest, water, a walk, silence, prayer, sunlight, or asking for support

Love & Inner Child Healing Ritual

For self-love, emotional softness, forgiveness, and inner child healing

Hold or wear your Rose Quartz, Amethyst, or any crystal that feels gentle to your heart.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach.


Take 3 slow deep breaths, as if you are creating space inside your body for softness.


Say your intention out loud:

“I am allowed to be loved, supported, and seen. I release the belief that I have to carry everything alone. I give my inner child safety, compassion, and kindness today.”

Do not force yourself to feel healed immediately.


The key is repetition. After a few days of doing this consistently, your heart starts learning that it is safe to soften.


Then write down one loving thing, not five, just one loving thing you can do for yourself today.


It could be resting, speaking kindly to yourself, setting a boundary, forgiving yourself, drinking water, praying, crying, or doing something that makes you feel held.
